How the Coronavirus is Affecting Consumer Supply Chains

COVID impacts updated to show change week-over-week on a supply chain map

We're working to make sense of the impact COVID-19 will have on society and the economy like everyone else. So we introduced a new feature to help our users make sense of Coronavirus risk: a heat map showing where COVID-19 infections are on the rise, updated more than once a day from the best available global data. Just one month ago the concern was mainly with Chinese production capacity as the virus triggered factory closures, and today it's hard to anticipate consumer demand in locked-down parts of Europe and the US. It's hard to say when the virus will impact raw material sourcing countries, and that's one reason to stay up-to-date.

The Coronavirus risk heat maps are available today to all users of Sourcemap visualization, supplier discovery, traceability and risk software. Contact us to find out we can help you keep ahead of the shifting risk landscape.
