Sourcemap is an award-winning MIT Media Lab spin-off dedicated to connecting people with the source of products. Our flagship website sourcemap.com is the first crowdsourced collection of supply chains, where individuals and organizations big and small can tell the story behind products and calculate their environmental footprint. Based on the success of the website, we’re building software that helps organizations collect and visualize sourcing data and connect stakeholders throughout the global supply chain.

We're looking for an expert PHP developer/Sysadmin to join Sourcemap Inc. The position is full-time, working on-site at our headquarters in Central Square, Cambridge. You will be building tools and features that help corporations, SMEs, researchers, and activists research, analyze, visualize, and share the stories and data behind supply chains for anything and everything.  Our code is mostly PHP, jQuery, and Node.js running on Rackspace and AWS.  We use GitHub for version control, and a variety of tools for project management.

We offer competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, sponsored health plan, and generous vacation time.
